Looking for a fat bomb with NO:
    Sour cream
Nuts, butter, cream, pumpkin, lemon all fine.
Is there a possibility of a recipe?

I’m hitting the gym hard now. I have been eating a bar with about 12g carbs for energy, but the 9g sugar makes me sick.
Is there a fat bomb here that is great for a pre-workout snack 30 minutes before? Need energy and trying to build muscle while maintaining ketosis. Thanks!

Note, the Snickers/Mars recipe is full of sugar. It uses chocolate chips and caramels, sugar and marshmallow fluff. Perhaps you had a different link in mind?

Exactly what I was thinking! They look amazing, but might as well just eat a regular snickers. Definitly not KETO.
