I like to mix a softened stick of butter with a teaspoon of vanilla, a teaspoon of cocoa powder, and a fourth teaspoon of Better Stevia liquid. When everything is smooth, I put spoonfuls on parchment paper on a pan in the freezer. They are good straight out of the freezer, but I when they are hard, I store them in a jar in the ‘fridge. I am going to try piping th ‘batter’ onto the paper next time, but first, I will try some of your recipes!
