Being from Pittsburgh, Eat'n Park is naturally one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Now if you're not from the area, you're probably wondering... what in the heck is Eat'n Park? Let me enlighten you.

The best ranch dressing. Smiley cookies. Superburger.

The list goes on. No, really.

Shredded pot roast sandwich (gravy on everything, of course). The salad bar. Grilled stickies.

Ok, ok. So, some of the things mentioned above aren't actually low carb. But some of them are. And when you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of your favorite spots, that's a win in my book!

    Overview

Craving breakfast? You can get it all day.

Have celiac disease? They have a whole slew of gluten-free foods.

That one weird friend that likes liver and onions? Covered.
