Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

ripe bananas
mashed
3
eggs
2
cups
almond flour
¼
cup
unsalted butter
room temperature

tablespoon
golden flax meal
1
tablespoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mash ripe bananas with fork until a past is formed.
Combine with eggs, honey, butter until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, flax meal, salt and baking soda.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
Scoop into greased loaf pan (coconut oil works great here).
Bake for roughly 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
