Creamy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
⅔
cup
avocado oil
¼
cup
apple cider vinegar

dijon mustard

tablespoon
dried oregano
1
tablespoon
dried parsley
1
tablespoon
dried basil

teaspoon
rosemary
chopped
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
sea salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients and mix until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, olive oil and dijon mustard.
Add dry mixture to the wet and blend with an
immersion blender
until thick and creamy
Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
