Ingredients

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese fresh grated
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 oz can of diced green chiles drained
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dried parsley or cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Whip together with a hand mixer or whisk until evenly incorporated.
  • Gently fold in drained green chiles and freshly grated cheddar cheese. Avoid over-mixing to keep the volume and texture of the shredded cheese.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to develop flavors.
  • Serve with your favorite low carb chips or pork rinds. Enjoy!
