Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon golden flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mash ripe bananas with fork until a past is formed.
  • Combine with eggs, honey, butter until evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, flax meal, salt and baking soda.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop into greased loaf pan (coconut oil works great here).
  • Bake for roughly 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
